Please note that all of our jewelry and ceramics are slowly and carefully handmade and because of this, are subject to slight variations in color, design, shape, etc. No two pieces are exactly the same. All jewelry is lovingly designed, mixed, formed, baked, sanded, assembled and packaged in New York.

All jewelry is durable when in use, but should be protected and handled with care when being transported or stored.  Although these pieces are quite sturdy, the clay itself is fragile by nature. Please consider this when removing jewelry (don’t bend pieces and always remove with care) and when pieces are not in use.

Returns & Exchanges

A PIECE of LIFE sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or trades. 

However, if something were to happen to your earrings during transport or within 7 days of your purchase, returns will be accepted and we will gladly remake a new pair in the same style of original purchase and send them to you ASAP.

*Orders cannot be canceled. We do not have the obligation to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed & payment has been completed.

Conditions of Exchange

If you need an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must still be in brand new condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send us an email to arrange an exchange at [email protected]. 

Shipping

Orders placed are typically shipped within 5-10 business days and are sent through USPS. This is a solo-owned business and it will take time for the order to be prepared. If you need us to ship outside of the United States, please contact us.
